Hello, I’m Arielle, I’m a certified UX (User Experience) Designer with a background in digital marketing. I help companies to create positive emotions for their customers by improving the usability of their products and services. I am also a Trainer with the Cnam (National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts).

More than ever, user experience and customer satisfaction are at the heart of companies’ loyalty strategy. They need to be supported by professionals whose very essence of the job is to put the customer at the center of every process. Since 2013, I have been leading the construction, design, development and optimization of digital products. Today, my attraction for psychology, my empathy, my propensity to constantly ask questions and the envy to have a positive impact on people’s daily lives, have naturally led me to user experience design.

On my personal time I like to dance, sing and write stories. I can also spend hours drawing or painting. These arts enable me at different levels to express myself but also to transmit and share emotions. As a curious person, with a great thirst for learning and evolving, I like to train myself continuously in many areas. I also love to travel and discover new cultures.
